In vivo electrophysiology allows to capture the dynamics of neuronal activity in response to pharmacological, optogenetic and behavioral challenges.
This presentation will focus on electrophysiological readouts from EEG/LFP to single units recordings combined to closed loop optogenetic manipulation and signal analysis.
We will particularly emphasize how the selection of appropriate ephy tools can foster the identification of specific biomarkers for a range of CNS diseases.
